Firefox (Windows):
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Click the Content tab.
- Select both the Enable JavaScript and Enable Java options.
- Click OK.
- Close and relaunch your browser.
Firefox (Mac):
- In your browser's Firefox menu, click Preferences.
- Click the Content tab.
- Select both the Enable JavaScript and Enable Java options.
- Click OK.
- Close and relaunch your browser.
Google Chrome:
- Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
- Select Settings.
- Click Show advanced settings.
- In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
- In the JavaScript section, select the radio button for Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended).
- Click the OK button.
- Close the Settings window.
- Refresh this page. (No relaunch of browser is necessary) Note: JavaScript is enabled in Chrome by default. This will reset the default parameters.
Internet Explorer 7 or 8:
- In your browser's Tools menu, click Internet Options.
- Click the Security tab.
- Click the Custom Level button.
- Scroll down until you find the section called Scripting.
- In the Scripting section, click the Enable button under Active Scripting.
- Click OK, then OK again.
- Close and relaunch your browser.
Internet Explorer 9.0:
- Open IE 9.0, and select Tools > Manage Add-ons. Note: If you do not see a menu bar with "File", "Edit", "View", etc, then click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your browser window and select "Manage add-ons..."
- Make sure the pull-down menu at the top reflects Show: Currently loaded add-ons.
- Select J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, and at the bottom-right of the Manage Add-ons window
- Click the Enable button.
- Click Close.
- Close and relaunch your browser. Note: If you cannot locate J2SE Runtime Environment or Java within the main pane, please reinstall Java , and then conduct the above troubleshooting steps.
Safari:
- Click the Safari menu on a Macintosh, click on the Edit menu on a Windows based computer, select Preferences.
- Click Security.
- Select the Enable JavaScript option.
- Click OK.
- Close and relaunch your browser.
